Date Night: Pottery Wheel Throwing (Instructor Led Session - McDonough) -

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER IN ADVANCE FOR THESE SESSIONS
 ( ****IF YOU PLAN TO WALK-IN CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE SESSION NOT ALREADY FULL or CANCELLED***)

*Please be on time! Due of the structure of the classes, anyone that arrives 15+ minutes late may not be allowed to join and will not be entitled to  a refund or rescheduling of the session.
These Sessions are best suited ages 16+ .  for Kids under 13 please check the calendar for  for "Kids Wheel Throwing" sessions
You a reserving time to use one of our pottery wheels with the assistance of an onsite instructor.    This type of session is recommended for beginners with little to no experience.  These are "TRY IT"  Sessions. Join us for a casual introduction to clay experience and learn how to make and paint a clay pot on a spinning pottery wheel. The session will last 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on amount of participants) and includes all of the clay, tools, and supplies needed to create up to 3 masterpieces per person.

WHAT YOU GET FOR $95.00

• You get two visits to the studio (1) class (2) return to paint your creations 
• Each attendee gets unlimited tries to create during the session
• Demo and guided instruction
• Create pieces and keep you masterpieces that you create up to three 
• You have the option to purchase any additional piece(s) created for $25 each.   
• Let us know if you will return to paint or if you want our staff  to paint (you will select one color for all pieces for an additional fee of $9 per piece) 
• Leave pieces with us for drying and firing (This process takes about 2.5 weeks)
• We will contact you via text when your pieces are ready to paint be painted or we will paint for an additional fee of $8 per piece) 
• You have 30 days to paint your pieces ; after 30 days, you will no longer be able to paint your pieces and have the option to pickup and paint at your leisure at home with your own paints or they will be discarded with no additional notice. 
• After painting it will take glazed and fired (This process takes about 2-3 weeks)
• We will contact you for pickup of your masterpieces  
• NOTE:   This is an experience and quality of finishes product can not be guaranteed. 

The  entire process takes 4- 6 weeks. The cost is $95 per person.

Typical Class Session Outline:* Instructor Introduction & overview of wheel and Clay  - 10 -15 minutes*Wheel Time - 40-50 minutes ( you keep your best three pieces)  *Cleanup time - 15 -30 minutes depending on the amount of students in attendance.

IMPORTANT STUFF....
*This class is designed for ages 16+ and is limited to 10 seats. *For the best experience, we recommend short fingernails.
* Please wear cloth and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty and/or bring a towel

*The bowls/pots are intended to be decorative and may not be not be food safe. *Please be on time! Because of the structure of the class, anyone that arrives 15+ minutes late may not be allowed to join and will not be entitled to a refund.
*You may bring a beverage with you but please no glass bottles - your hands will be slippery and muddy and you'll be busy during the class. Plus eating/drinking doesn't mix with clay work, but if you need to stay hydrated please bring a bottle that has a closed top - no cans, no glass!
*Cancellations not within 48 hours from the start of the session will not be permitted to reschedule or receive a refund if the session is fully sold out. If the session is not fully sold out, or if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours from the start of the session, a credit for a future session will be provided (no refunds will be made).

Why We Require Verification
All online purchases made through our third-party booking system, 
Occasions are securely processed offsite. Our team does 
not have access to your full credit card details.
To confirm that the person attending or redeeming an online purchase is the authorized cardholder, we require a valid photo ID
 at check-in that matches the name on the purchase.

Driver’s License Information
In some cases, we may need to  record a portion of your driver’s license information for verification and recordkeeping purposes.
 This information is used only to confirm identity and 
is never shared, stored digitally, or used for any other purpose
. It helps protect both you and our business from fraudulent transactions.

If You Decline to Provide ID
If a customer chooses not to present ID for verification, we are unable to honor the prepaid booking. In such cases:

• The customer will need to  pay in-studio
   for their activity using an alternate form of payment.
• A  refund will be processed back to the original card
   used for the online transaction through our booking system.
